Secret to GRRReat looking hair...

Ladies, unleash your inner animal with Batiste Dry Shampoo Wild for GRRReat looking hair with a clean, fresh feeling.

Launched exclusively at Boots, trend setters in the world of beauty, Batiste Dry Shampoo Wild capitalises on the key fashion trend for glamorous animal print that has been flooding the high street of late. Puurfect for matching your outfit and accesories to your hair care regime, this necessity is for girls who want to take a walk on the wild side.

Fragranced with feminine and daring Oriental aromas, the dry shampoo leaves hair smelling beautiful with a mix of cocoa and sensual vanilla. A quick and easy product to use that refreshes hair between washes, leaving it revived, energised and roaring to go.

Its amazing that a slight spray of the can banishes oily roots giving dull, lifeless hair the makeover it needs without any water. At only £2.99 for a 200ml bottle, the offer is just something any girl would be silly to turn down.

Batiste says: "A quick burst revitalises hair, adds body and texture and leaves it feeling clean and fresh too. No need to worry about skipping a shampoo."

Crackle away...

So I tried a new pairing of nail polishes the other day and thought I'd share it with you guys, it's gorgeous!
Barry M deep purple crackle polish painted over 'Gold Coin' by Revlon

The 'Gold Coin' allows the deep purple to stand out specifically well, leaving a gorgeous effect. In the past I've tried and tested various other colours to act as a base for Barry M deep purple crackle but never found one I really like.

You have to be so careful when applying the crackle polish as a top coat. The vanish drys very quickly so its a race against time to apply the polish evenly before it dries out and leaves odd crackles.

Definitely a combination of polishes that I will use time and again, and for only £2.99 a bottle, you just can't go wrong.

Andrew Barton: The Frizz Tamer ♥

Hey guys! Hope you're all having a lovely weekend :)

Riiiiight, todays post is quite an exciting one for all you hair lovers. If you're not interested in hair styling and hair products then this one isn't for you.

So I'm sure you all know that the Andrew Barton Group have some wonderful hair products. Ranging from I Love Volume: Hot Curl Brush, Gloss Boss, mousses and beautifully scented shampoo and conditioners. From slept-in hair to tousled beach waves all of Andrew's products give you the ability to be creative with your hair at a price everyone can afford, pretty irresistable, huh?

I thought I'd tried and tested the majority of their products, loving each one of course, until a couple of weeks ago I came across Shiny Happy Hair: a collection of no fuss, no nonsense hair products that works. Many of the products in the Shiny Happy Hair range consist of carefully chosen ingredients, fragrances and textures that are practical and easy to use. However my favourite in the range is The Frizz Tamer; a satin smooth mousse that is specially infused with rice bran oil and antioxidant rich pomegranate to leave hair silky to touch, frizz free and ready to style. What more could you want?

I picked up my 200ml bottle at a reasonable price from Asda, so girls you don't need to worry about splashing the cash, and instead head on down to your local supermarket and spend a mere £3 on something you'll use time and again. As an extra bonus the mousse actually has a sweet and fruity fragrance, that left my hair smelling gorgeous, unlike most mousses that smell bitter and override the smell of freshly washed hair.

Andrew Barton Group say: "Andrew's 25 years of experience is crammed into every bottle of his gorgeous award winning products. With unique concentrated formulas and no-fuss packaging the range has the hallmarks of a professional salon brand without the hefty price tag."

I will definitely be re-buying this product and believe you should all go out and grab this baby. It leaves your hair feeling smooth, smelling gorgeous, and adds uplift to those dull hair days without the horrible hard bits of hair that most mousses leave and that are a pain in the ass to brush out.

All you need to do to achieve beautiful and creative hair is spend £3 and comb the mousse through ensuring every strand gets a bit, then blow, scrunch, curl or straighten to your hearts content.

Happy Hair Day!

P.S. The Frizz Tamer comes in a spray bottle which I prefer as its quick and practical or it comes in a squeezy bottle - take your pick :)

My New Love ♥

M.A.C. Lipstick in Of Royalty (cremesheen) from the Fabulous Felines Collection.

So I went shopping in Swindon on Wednesday and came across this beauty in The Cosmetics Shop for just £9.99! I just couldn't turn down a bargain like that and so this nifty little lippy is now sitting proudly in my makeup bag :)

Love pink lips? Go and grab one of these baby's and you'll be the talk of the town. The colour is absolutely gorgeous and the lipstick itself is creamy and long-lasting.

Lots of Love ♥

Makeup: A girls best friend ♥

Okay so this post is a little late I know, forgive me!

This winter I have made sure my face is up-to-date by keeping up with the latest makeup trends.I know we only have a month or so left but here are a few tips for the season.

Cat Eyes: Cat eyes have come and gone throughout the century as make up trends. Now they are seeing their way back to the fashion world as models, celebrities and other model icons are starting to favor this fashionable look. To make cat eyes, I usually use Benefit BadGal sharp jet black eye liner which you can pick up from any good cosmetics store from £7.99 onwards. This product is great for smoky eyes as the pencil is thick and easy to hold ensuring large lines/flicks are easily created. Although not labelled as waterproof, Benefit BadGal liner actually works wonders on the waterline of my eye and as an added bonus, the texture is nice and creamy meaning it doesn't irritate my skin. The only problem, however, is that it does smudge fairly easily so girls keep checking in the mirror for obvious and unwanted lines. After applying the liner I then use a smudge brush to create the smokey cat affect.

Avon glimmerstick diamonds blue glitter eyeliner.
Coloured eye liner: If you're not keen on smoky eyes then ditch your black and brown eye liners this season and have fun with bold colours that make your eyes pop. This winter, there has been a trend in turquoise, dark green and mustard yellow for liners. A bit daring maybe but these shades are the in-thing with creative colours being used everywhere. If you're anything like me you won't limit yourself to eye liners alone. Get creative with your shadows and use them as liners, applying a small coat with a thin, good quality brush. As this is the festive season, glitter liners are also on trend and look just perfect for work dos and dinners out. Find a trusted online wholesaler that sells wholesale cosmetics and get a batch of different colours so you'll never be bored with your makeup this winter.

Pink Plaid MAC Lipstick that I brought on Wednesday :)

Nude lips: You won't have seen so many dark lips this season, but nude lips have made a big splash. This doesn't mean wearing no makeup on your lips but the trend will be in playing up the eyes and a simple gloss or nude/pale pink lipstick.

Thick eyebrows: Put away your tweezers this winter and get out that brow liner. Thin and over plucked brows are a thing of the past. This winter, you’ll see natural and even “boyish” brows making their debut on the runways. A good eyebrow pencil is not something you’re likely to find in a drug store, so invest in a good quality pencil that matches your eyebrows and skin tone and isn’t too dark. You can also use your eyebrow pencil as an eyeliner.

One more tip for you girls: Go and buy Barry M Mushroom nail polish, it is just delicious! (See picture)

Soap and Glory Big Splendour x

OMG!! I have just received my Soap & Glory Big Splendour package in the post <3

Every year good old Soap & Glory release a fantabulous gift set that usually sells for better than half price at Boots for one week only. Their carefully put together sets never fail to amaze me so I just knew I had to purchase this beauty as soon as it hit the shelves.

This year it is the BIG SPLENDOUR which consists of a large makeup bag, perfect for overnight stays and weekends away. As you can see from the picture, the oversized case is full of amazing products every beauty lover dreams of.

I haven't had time to try the products yet so as soon as I do, I will review each one separately. Eek, excited!

Bye Bye for now; xox

Adorn your Iphone in a beautiful phone case...

Okay, so I admit I'm a little obsessed with my Iphone. However, these cases are so adorable and if you're anything like me you'll be running straight to the shops to raid the phone stalls.

The Hello Kitty one, though perhaps not everybody's choice of character, adds that little bit of GLAM to a girls treasured possession: her beautiful Iphone.

Using a bright pink crystalised effect helps the case to stand out from afar, sparkling each time it catches a glimmer of light. Could it be more perfect? I don't think so.

The cute Hello Kitty face is perfect. I had to be careful whilst choosing it as I find some of the faces are either far too big or just look completely stupid. This hard case compliments my phone beautifully, definitely worth the £9.

I also absolutely love the Cath Kidston case pictured on the right. The pale blue background allows the darker colours to stand out further, attracting attention and finishing off the phone in style.

Why have a plain old Iphone when you could spend a mere £9 - £16 on making it gorgeous!
